Young City Foundation is a home of hope, discipline, creativity, and transformation — where young people discover their voice, strengthen their character, and rise together toward a brighter future.
Our Mission
To empower young people through dance, mentorship, and education — giving them safe spaces to grow their talents, build confidence, and discover their purpose.
Our Vision
A world where every young person, no matter their background, has the opportunity to rise, shine, and succeed through creativity and discipline.
Our Story
Founded in 2020 by Neville Nyamongo at just 11 years old, Young City Crew began with one dream: to give children and teenagers a safe space to express themselves, grow their talents, and believe in their future.
Today, the foundation has grown into a strong and loving community with over 100 kids and two active hubs — one in Kibera and another in Kabiria. We train every week, Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 9 PM, building skill, confidence, focus, and discipline.
What makes Young City special is that we don't just dance — we teach discipline, love, and responsibility. Every member learns that talent is powerful, but it becomes truly meaningful when used to inspire and uplift others.
